Do team members count as seats?

No. Plans include a generous member cap (5 on Pro, 25 on Business); inviting an extra reviewer or learner doesn't add to your bill until you exceed it.

What happens when I exhaust AI narration minutes?

You keep editing, publishing, and launching courses normally. New TTS jobs are paused until the next billing cycle or until you top up — your existing audio keeps working.

Can I use my own LMS?

Yes. Coursentials publishes SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, xAPI, and full LTI 1.3 Advantage (launch, Deep Linking, AGS grade passback, Dynamic Registration). If your LMS supports any of those, you're covered.

Do you offer annual pricing?

Yes — billed yearly with two months free. Use the monthly/annual toggle on the plan you pick at checkout.

Where do payments go?

Stripe globally, Paystack for selected African markets. We charge in your local currency where supported.

Can I migrate from Storyline or Rise?
